A color theme composite was created in one photographic image with hue and saturation, color correction, and 2 composite images added to the original photo.
The images used were:
- Sidney Opera House – background
- Warrior – Thailand
- Penguins
The color scheme uses complimentary colors – orange and blue. The weather in Australia was very warm and sunny-thus orange/yellow was choice for the background. The penguins were originally blue, but the saturation was increased to make it look more like they were dressed in evening jackets. I muted the colors of the statue and the background in tones of orange/yellow and left the penguins as the focual point in the photo.
Wouldn’t it be whimsical to see 3 penguins chatting at the Opera House standing next to a warriar from Thailand?
